COMMUNITY SERVICE AT OCA
Community service opportunities are vital as they embody the principles of compassion, stewardship, and leadership that are central to our faith. Engaging in service projects allows students to put their values into action, fostering a deep sense of empathy and responsibility toward others. These experiences not only enrich the lives of those they help but also cultivate a spirit of selflessness and teamwork among students. By actively participating in community service, students learn the importance of serving others as an expression of their faith, building character and reinforcing the Christian mission to love and support one another. Through these opportunities, they gain practical skills and a broader perspective, preparing them to be thoughtful and proactive members of both their local and global communities.
